Founder & Group Leader
With a background in journalism and public communication, Shim brings a sharp eye for detail and clear communication to every property journey. He previously served as a senior journalist, Sarawak news editor and bureau leader, and remains a current-affairs commentator with TeaFM and local publications.
After more than nine years in real estate, he founded Key Masters in 2025 as a one-stop platform for property sales, rental, Airbnb and property management. As an AI content creation trainer, he also brings technology and modern marketing thinking into the way properties are managed and presented.
Manage property with purpose, so assets work steadily and owners live with peace of mind.
